Our preferred changeover day is Monday. Other days and durations may be accommodated but could incur an additional charge.

House available from 4 p.m. on arrival day. Please vacate by 12 noon on departure day.
Booking details
25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the remainder due six weeks before departure. We accept maximum of 8 people.
We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates following non-receipt of final payment.

Suitability
We really are within easy walking of the village unlike many Kalkan rental villas. However we regret the villa is unlikely to be suitable for those with real mobility problems because of the number of stairs involved. The villa is probably not suitable for very young children for safety reasons.
Transfers
Transfers by taxi or minibus can be arranged. The cost is approximately £65 each way for a car (up to 3 people), £80 each way for a mini-bus (4-6 people), £100 each way for larger mini-bus (7-10 people). These are 2023 prices. Car hire can also be arranged. The journey takes between 1½-2 hours.
