This very spacious bougainvillea draped villa is not your typical holiday villa but an airy house in a quiet location. This is a truly unique house in Kalkan combining extremely generous sized rooms and a traditional feel lacking in most other “holiday lets”. The villa is situated in a peaceful location that is nevertheless within easy walking distance of the Old Town.

Huge rooftop terrace (possibly the largest privately owned in Kalkan), perfect for sunbathing in the day and enjoying aperitifs in the evening watching the sunset over Kalkan Bay.

Wonderful views over Kalkan Bay from bedrooms on the first floor and roof terrace. Private balconies to both front and rear of the two bedrooms on first floor, and to the sea view of the ground floor bedroom.

This house was built as a traditional Turkish family home and is now undergoing major renovations for the 2007 season. There are four bedrooms in total. The ground floor consists of a large twin bedroom, bathroom, large comfortable sitting room and kitchen. On the first floor are two large double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. At lower ground floor level is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room (this bedroom has its own access from the rear of the house).

Sleeps up to 8. Linen and towels provided (twice weekly change). Full clean weekly and light clean mid week. Pool and garden care provided.

The sitting room and all bedrooms have independent air conditioning.
Satellite TV, DVD and CD player provided.

The kitchen has full sized cooker, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Iron and ironing board also supplied.

Private swimming pool and large terraced areas for dining, relaxing, reading and sunbathing. Plenty of space to be together with your family/friends or to be quiet on your own. Sun-loungers and parasols scattered throughout. Barbeque at garden level and also a further barbeque and fridge on the roof terrace!
